It operates after installed on a fixed concrete or steel bridge. This bridge is made of reinforced concrete or steel. In this type, all functions such as sludge condensing, sweeping sludge from the perimeter of the tank to the center cone, mixing the bottom cone or scraping its edge etc., is carried out by the main shaft that comes down from the center of the tank and stimulating unit that rotates the shaft (motor redactor).

The sludge is conveyed to the deflector located on the central shaft from upwards through the pipeline system that is installed under the bridge construction. All steel mechanics are made of carbon steel and protected by the mastic epoxy cover, as a standard. A part or entire body can be made of stainless steel, if required as an option.

The bottom scraper pallets are fastened to the pallet arms through the use of the pipe collars with joints that can be adjusted in all directions and are not affected by concrete defects at the bottom. All parts are removable and movable on site without requiring any lifting vehicle and by this way installation can be made by human force.
