ROTATING DISCS SCREEN

Fine screen with rotating discs effectively captures the particles, fibers and fiber parts that come along the process or wastewater canal through the screening process in a single unit and filtration process after the particles cover the screens completely. It is especially designed for paper industry for reutilizing of fibers. It is proved that is also effective in industrial implementation. This technique captures approximately 98% of the solid particles with success.
This unit is made of stainless steel and designed and produced for continuous operation. It can clean itself without any obstruction through the use of the special spray system, even though the screen eyes are very small. .
Simple and effective operating
Rotating Discs Screen is very successful in capturing maximum quantity of solid materials without any pressure and absorbing connection.
When the accumulation on the screen reaches to a specific value, solid materials will be discharged from the system automatically.
Pores of the screen can be selected between 850 microns (20 mesh) and 100 microns (150 mesh).
Specifications:
* The most economic and effective solution for capturing small particles. (Fibers, threads, small plastic particles, lumps, fibrous foods, peels of fruits and vegetables, labels, leather particles are captured easily.)
* Doesn't requires absorption, power consumption is very low. Speed can be controlled manually for special conditions with the gear motor that can change the speed.
* Pivot bearing and shaft are located over the water level in order for facilitating operation.
* Requires 20-90% less area than other systems for installation because of compact design.
* The screens that are made of stainless steel with pores between 850 and 100 microns (20-150 mesh) can be replaced on site, if required.
* Mechanical wearing is minimum since the rotating speeds of the discs are very low.
