BİOTİP ®

BİOTİP ® is a PACKAGE BIOLOGICAL Treatment Plant developed by our company and certified by TSEK. It is used in many hotels and factories and operates successfully.

The Biological Treatment Plant has been sized as a Sequential Batch Reactor in accordance with the active sludge process. Problems generally seen especially in systems with sedimentation tanks, such as sludge bulking and inability of getting clear water, are not seen in discontinuous systems and also the water obtained always has the same quality even with different conditions (including less or too much water and unsteady states) since the system is based on accepting the wastewater only after its stabilization. Aeration, settling and discharge processes are carried out in the same tank in Sequential Batch Reactor systems which are also based on the automation.

Wastewater is fed to Package Plant depending on the level and time control system. After treatment and clarification, it is removed from the system. The sludge from the system is sent to aerobic sludge stabilization tank to stabilize under the control of the operator.

ST 37 sheet with 6 mm thickness is produced in the standard package plant production. Inner surfaces are painted with mastic epoxy and outer surfaces are painted with industrial oil paint. It has an appearance of a horizontal cylindrical tank and sits on its two or three feet.

Blower fitting cabinet is hided in the treatment reactor and the control panel is also fitted inside the reactor. It is installed by taking all kinds of servicing, maintenance and operation facility.

The Treatment Plant is equipped and installed with one wastewater feeding pump, one blower, one treated water discharge panel, main control and control panel and sufficient diffuser. The plant is commissioned after wastewater, treated water influent -effluent and power supply connections are installed. The plant is started automatically.
