BİOTİP - S


A biological unit that is used in treatment of domestic wastewater in villas, restaurants, farms, small enterprises and other similar places which hold 10 persons. Being economic and easy operation of the unit come first during design.

It is highly efficient under variable flow rates and polluted environments. Operates full automatically. Requires no intervention. Treated water can be used in garden watering and/or discharged to the nearest receiver environment (lake, stream and sea).

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS   
    " Biotip-S is a steel and compact treatment unit. Only one service door is visible after installation,
    " It is stable and long-lived. Mastic epoxy cover inside and outside protects the steel mechanism. No noise and bad odor problem. It is not affected by temperature changes,
     "Delivered ready to operate. Installation consists of making the electrical, input and output connections. In preparation of its place and changing location;
     " A ditch with a diameter of 1.9 m. and depth of 2.10 m. is prepared.
Pebbles and sand is spread at the bottom of the ditch in order to connect the wastewater pipe to the pipe no. 7 at the plant input.
    " Tank is placed and input output pipes no 7 and 8 are checked.
       " 2/3 of the tank is filled with clean water. An approximately 20 cm height of concrete is poured into the ditch.
    " After the concrete hardens, the ditch is filled with soil after checking the input and output pipes no 7 and 8 again.
