INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER
Treatment of industrial wastewater is a process that requires experience and expertise and ÖZGÜN ÇEVRE has developed successful implementations through the use of proper processes in treatment of wastewater with different characteristics in a wide variety since 1988.
SBR Technology has been used in treatment of industrial wastewater with various characteristics and successful results have been achieved. Problems generally seen in systems with sedimentation tanks,( secondary clarifier ) such as sludge swelling (due to sludge bulking) and inability of getting clear water are not seen in discontinuous systems since the aeration tanks are also used as the sedimentation tanks,( secondary clarifier ) in SBR technology as a result of automation; and also the water obtained always has the same quality under different conditions (less or too much water including unsteady states) since the system is based on accepting the wastewater only after its stabilization.
In addition to the SBR biological treatment system chemical treatment, chemical DAF, sulfide oxidation, creaking, selector tank, anoxic tank etc. are used according to the characteristics of the wastewater
The sludge dewatering processes are set up for eliminating the water in excess sludge accumulated in the system and restructuring it in a cake phase.
